About the project

Param.ai is an intelligent recruiting software designed for efficient hiring. It uses artificial intelligence to automate candidate screening, reduce time to fill jobs, delivering 5X better candidate experience.

I have been working at Param.ai as a Senior Product Designer since 2017.

• – Responsible for all design decisions & deliverables.
• – Created all sketches, wireframes and mocks to communicate user flows, marketing/branding assets, and company website.
• – Conducted research to establish business and user requirements.
• – Worked independently and with a small team to ship the user interface improvements and fix bugs in css and vue js.
